These terms govern your use of shootyourshotart.com, operated by Shoot Your Shot Art. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. The store is hosted on Shopify.

Products

We sell original sports art as printed posters, framed posters and digital downloads. Physical items are printed on demand and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Gelato. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but we do not guarantee they are error-free.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may print them for yourself, but you may not resell, share, redistribute or use them commercially.

Custom orders

For custom posters, you confirm that you have the right to use any photos, names or other content you send us. We may decline any custom request at our discretion.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in the store currency and may change at any time. Discounts and bundle offers apply as shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment for a cancelled order.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times and our replacement policy are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All artwork, text, logos and other content on this site belong to Shoot Your Shot Art or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Athlete names and team references are used for descriptive purposes only; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team or athlete.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shoot Your Shot Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page.
